Before Contacting Support
- Confirm you are using Gmail Web or Outlook Web on Google Chrome.
- Open Simplifier settings and refresh your subscription status.
- Try closing and reopening the current email thread.
- If the issue is visual, include a screenshot and the browser or Outlook surface you were using.
Email Content
Please do not send raw email thread HTML unless we explicitly ask for a redacted parser fixture. Screenshots are usually enough for first-pass troubleshooting.
Account Help
Use the Account tab to sign in and open the billing portal. If that fails, email support from the same address you used for Simplifier.
FAQ
Does Simplifier work in the Outlook desktop app?
Not yet. Simplifier currently runs as a Chrome extension overlay on Gmail Web and Outlook Web. A native Outlook add-in is on the roadmap.
Can I share my Pro license across devices?
Pro allows up to 10 devices on the same account. You can rename or remove devices from the Account page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Account page and click Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel or change plans.
